On her return from London as a music license broker with Ricall, Tyler McLoughlan founded The Sound Pound in 2011, a Brisbane business specialising in music supervision and clearances, composition, and sync representation for independent music across advertising, film and TV. Tyler is a passionate copyright & sync educator for both music creators and music users. Her most recent projects include music supervision for Chris Lilley’s Lunatics (Netflix), Robbie Hood, Bananas (SBS), Content (ABC), Locusts (feature film) and advertising campaigns for Suncorp, Greyhound and Queensland Government. As a manager, Tyler looks after the international career of tropical roots artist Bobby Alu.
